Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for the cost of air, rail, and road freight. When the consignment is delivered to the freighter, the buyer assumes all risk of the goods being carried. Only at the buyer's express request will insurance be implemented. Requests will be handled within two working days, subject to availability and payment reception, and delivery will be verified via email or phone call. Within two to three working days, your item should arrive at main delivery centers via economy courier service. Only orders placed within South Africa are subject to the estimated courier fees.

Limitation Of Liability

We retain the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for products on our website that have inaccurate prices or wrong information attached because of administrative errors or product information provided to us by our suppliers. Once the issue has been resolved, a credit for the full amount of the payment will be given to you if the order was canceled and you have already been charged. Return And Refunds Policy

Ligum Fight Gear's capacity to provide goods and services is contingent upon availability. Ligum Fight Gear will provide the customer a complete refund within three days if the item is unavailable. If the client cancels an order that was paid for using the card payment option, there will be an administration cost of R50.
